Rules & Policies
By participating in the “Spring Break Giveaway” organized by Baja Tours Ensenada, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Giveaway Period
The giveaway is valid from February 2nd to March 2nd, 2026.
The winner will be announced within the days following the closing date through our official social media accounts.
2. Participation Requirements
To make your entry valid, you must:
✅ Send a photo of yourself traveling (any destination is allowed).
✅ Submit it via direct message (DM) to our official Facebook or Instagram accounts.
✅ Like and follow the official Baja Tours Ensenada accounts.
✅ Like and follow the accounts of all sponsor brands participating in the giveaway (they will be announced on our official social media).
✅ Invite your friends to like your photo and follow the participating social media accounts.
3. Selection Process
The photograph that receives the highest number of likes will be selected as the winner.
Only likes visible on the official publication posted by Baja Tours Ensenada will be counted.
4. Prohibitions & Disqualification
To ensure transparency and fairness:
❌ The use of bots, fake accounts, purchased likes, or any automated or fraudulent method to generate engagement is strictly prohibited.
❌ Profiles created solely for voting purposes are not allowed.
❌ Artificial engagement practices, including mass like-exchange groups, are not permitted.
Baja Tours Ensenada reserves the right to review the authenticity of interactions and disqualify any participant showing suspicious or fraudulent activity.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a complete experience in Ensenada organized by Baja Tours Ensenada.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Image Rights
By participating, you authorize Baja Tours Ensenada to share your submitted photograph on its social media platforms for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
7. General Provisions
Baja Tours Ensenada reserves the right to modify dates, mechanics, or conditions in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice through its official channels.
